As an enthusiastic, committed and compassionate collaborator, she endeavors to make learning meaningful and challenging for the children, she is involved in sensitizing and creating awareness in students and community through eco club activities and has spearheaded many national and international projects.
She is certified as Professional in Item Designing by TCS and Health and Wellness Coordinator by FSSAI. She has successfully completed Action Research Programme for grade 7 students to develop their logical reasoning skills through homework. She holds Green Belt Certificate in Global Career Counselling by UCLA Extension. She has designed Learning Outcomes and Pedagogy in Science Curriculum as per CBSE guide lines in 2017.
She has three publications to her credentials,-“A Lesson In Environmental Education “in Teacher Magazine by ACER (Co-author) in 2017, NPSC Essay on “Holistic development through positive discipline” in the compendium in 2018, NPSC Essay on “Education Today- Keeping pace with the Millennial” in the compendium in 2019.
She has visited Cologne, Germany in 2016 for the Project “Ecotopia- The Future vision”. She was selected as a research scholar along with eighteen participants from all over the world for SUSI (Study of the United States for Secondary Educators) at the University of Montana, USA from 2nd June to 7th July 2018. She travelled to Helena, Charleston and Washington and was invited as a guest speaker at Sunrise Rotary Club and also gave presentations at Liaison Committee, Story Telling workshop, Missoula International School and Home country presentation.
She has received Outstanding Achievement Award for a project on the theme "Health and Physical Wellbeing" organised by Expressions India, Exemplary Achievement Award by Ahlcon International School in 2017,Teacher of the Year Award by Ahlcon International School in 2019 and Best Teacher award by Delhi Malayalee Association (DMA ) in 2020.
